Our client is a well-established, trusted and fully regulated forex trading broker. For their team in Limassol, they are currently looking to recruit a Treasury Manager. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for onboarding new banks, EMI and PSPs and monitoring the integration procedures, while maintaining existing relationships.
  • Ensure all PSP charges, refunds, chargebacks, fees have been properly identified and reported to the accounting department.
  • Monitor settlements, rolling reserves, unmatched transactions, reconcile payments received with PSP statements.
  • Assist with the KYC procedures and related documentation for the Group’s payment solutions.
  • Assess and evaluate the efficiency of the existing payment processors, to ensure optimized flow of clients’ deposits and withdrawals.
  • Monitor PSP balances, ensuring available funds for processing.
  • Assist in the daily and monthly reconciliation of clients’ funds of Group entities according to the internal procedures as well as the regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor client money vs client equity, assess for reasonableness and execute transfers as deemed necessary.  
  • Posts daily and monthly reports on ending cash balances and operational receivable balances.
  • Manages and executes daily cash processes such as bank transfers and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Create ad-hoc reports for management purposes and perform any further duties as instructed by management in line with the position’s duties and responsibilities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A University graduate in accounting, business, finance or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a CySEC regulated Investment Firm is a MUST.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a team, under pressure and with strict deadlines
  • High degree of numeracy, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Greek languages
