MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for onboarding new banks, EMI and PSPs and monitoring the integration procedures, while maintaining existing relationships.

Ensure all PSP charges, refunds, chargebacks, fees have been properly identified and reported to the accounting department.

Monitor settlements, rolling reserves, unmatched transactions, reconcile payments received with PSP statements.

Assist with the KYC procedures and related documentation for the Group’s payment solutions.

Assess and evaluate the efficiency of the existing payment processors, to ensure optimized flow of clients’ deposits and withdrawals.

Monitor PSP balances, ensuring available funds for processing.

Assist in the daily and monthly reconciliation of clients’ funds of Group entities according to the internal procedures as well as the regulatory requirements.

Monitor client money vs client equity, assess for reasonableness and execute transfers as deemed necessary.

Posts daily and monthly reports on ending cash balances and operational receivable balances.

Manages and executes daily cash processes such as bank transfers and foreign exchange transactions.

Create ad-hoc reports for management purposes and perform any further duties as instructed by management in line with the position’s duties and responsibilities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A University graduate in accounting, business, finance or related field

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a CySEC regulated Investment Firm is a MUST.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a team, under pressure and with strict deadlines

High degree of numeracy, attention to detail and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English and Greek languages
