DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

Process and manage payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees in a timely manner.

Maintain communication with banks regarding payment processing and account management.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and resolve any compliance issues.

Work closely with the credit control team to ensure timely collections and manage credit risks.

Assist in resolving payment disputes and ensuring credit terms are followed.

Manage supplier accounts and ensure accurate and timely payments.

Collaborate with procurement teams to monitor payment schedules and supplier contracts.

Manage and process travel expenses, advances, and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with internal travel and expense policies.

Provide regular reports on cash flow, liquidity, and payment activities to senior management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

3+ years of experience in treasury or financial management.

Strong understanding of payments, bank operations, and financial compliance.

Understanding of financial regulations, banking compliance, and risk management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risks, and provide actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial records and transactions.
