One of the largest Wealth Management & trust firms in Malta is looking for a Trust Administrator to join their team. You will report to the Trust Manager and will be part of a dedicated team providing comprehensive trust and company administration services to the full international client base. The ideal candidate will have excellent Corporate Administration skills and be looking to gain exposure in international Trust Administration. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the administration of a varied portfolio of trusts & pension schemes in accordance with the Company’s procedures.

Provides effective administration of personal trusts utilizing trust database system reports and working closely with support staff

Prepare draft minutes and resolutions for companies and trusts as required
-
Maintain and update client statutory records and statutory database/register.

Assist in the incorporation of trusts in line with internal procedures.

Assist in the Conduct of annual and interim reviews.

Servicing daily administration requests
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Ideally experience within Corporate Administration

Willing to learn new skills

Demonstrate an orderly mind and ability to work in a procedural manner

Comfortable with direct client and professional contact

I.T literate. (Microsoft Office Products)

Able to work on their own initiative

Willing to make decisions and accept responsibility

Happy to produce their own email correspondence when necessary

Comfortable to work in an open plan office

Able to liaise with other staff at all levels

Able to work autonomously and be able to plan and schedule own workload and show attention to detail and to always follow procedures
