An international service provider with offices in Larnaca is looking for a Turkish Customer Support Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and speak both Turkish and English fluently. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Helping internal and external customers

Contacting other departments when there is an issue to be solved

Keeping customer request queues as low as possible

Customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations)

Handling customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload

Having a high knowledge of products offered by the company

Attending team meetings and activities

Taking over in the absence of the team leader
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Graduation of high school or post-secondary school

Preferably at least one year experience

Strong communication skills
-
Knowledge of Internet related software

Fluency in Turkish and English
