The successful candidate will have international exposure and be part of a multinational working environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working with the most critical, accounts for the company’s Outsourced Market region.
  • Manage all renewal opportunities through leveraging company’s channel partners or directly where needed.
  • Prospect consistently for license up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and engages Field and/or Partner Sales to hand-over and develop such opportunities.
  • Proactively drive customer conversion to Subscription, leveraging partners and technical resources.
  • Provide routine analytical and administrative support for customers and partners to guide them through their renewal opportunity and process.
  • Support general account sales strategies for named and focus accounts and prospects for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Promote value proposition of upgrades and renewals to maximize return on the company’s products and solutions.
  • Manage and tracks all sales stages of the renewal opportunities.
  • Provide and generates quotes necessary for Subscription, Appliance Maintenance, Software Maintenance, and Support contracts sales opportunities.
  • Align with sales team members as needed to close sales.
  • Utilize CRM system and all necessary applications to manage and optimize opportunities and track all sales stages of the renewal opportunities.
  • Generate reports as directed by Management.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 2 years of digital sales/renewals experience in the IT field is preferred.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-player
  • Outgoing personality
  • Strong work ethic
