GRS Recruitment are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of complex web and mobile products in Limassol. You will play a key role in shaping user experience strategy, driving design excellence, and mentoring other designers while working closely with product and engineering teams.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design from concept to final delivery

Define and improve user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs

Own and evolve design systems and UX standards

Collaborate with product managers and engineers on requirements and solutions

Conduct and interpret user research and usability testing

Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio
-
Expert proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
-
Deep understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
-
Experience designing complex web and mobile applications
-
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
-
Experience in SaaS or large-scale software products will be a plus

Familiarity with agile development processes will be a plus

Basic knowledge of front-end technologies will be a plus
