GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with an international publishing firm with an office in Limassol who are searching for a talented and knowledgeable User Acquisition Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience with mobile app promotion and have at least 4 years of relevant user acquisition experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Buyer/user acquisition, create banners/campaigns in order to achieve KPI: acquire paying subscribers within the iOS mobile app through Facebook, Google Ads, and other channels
  • Design, manage, and monitor the promotion strategy of mobile app and solutions to acquire new users to the iOS platform
  • Dealing with B2C, consumer goods
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, ROI, revenue modelling, ARR, MRR, cohort analysis, retention
  • Sync regularly with internal teams to execute and deliver on new initiatives
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reports recapping results
  • Reporting directly to the CEO
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A minimum of four years of experience in User Acquisition role
  • Thorough experience with buyer/user acquisition, banners/campaigns in order to achieve KPI’s through Facebook and Google Ads
  • Experience with mobile app promotion, B2C consumer app with in-app monetization/subscription is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven and results-orientated
  • A good understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads and attribution and analytics services: AppsFlyer, SKAN, Adjust, etc
  • Fluent in English language at a professional level
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • ASO skills
  • Provide samples from portfolio of video ads/banners
