MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Own customer journey strategy, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Designing, managing, and monitoring solutions to acquire new users to the Adult platform
-
Adult Industry experience and market/ competitor awareness will be a distinct advantage

Work in tandem with Design and Media buying team (Exoclick) to build performant Ads, Landing pages, media kit
-
Work in tandem with Influencers to develop measurable Content marketing strategies
-
Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Sync regularly with internal teams to execute and deliver on new initiatives
-
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reports recapping results
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A minimum of two years of experience in Acquisition or Retention positions
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Driven and results-orientated
-
A good understanding of Google Analytics, Hotjar and tracking technology
-
Fluent in English
