MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and edit video content for multiple platforms, including social media, website, and internal communications

Implement cutting-edge video editing techniques and stay current with industry trends

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop innovative video concepts

Manage video projects from pre-production to final delivery

Optimize videos for different platforms and formats

Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all video content
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film Studies, or a related field

2-3 years of professional video editing experience

Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Strong portfolio demonstrating your video editing skills and creativity

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

A keen eye for detail and strong aesthetic sense

Demonstrated ability to keep up with technological advancements in video editing

Experience implementing AI and new tools/platforms in video production workflows

Familiarity with financial industry concepts and terminology (advantage)

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques

Experience with color grading and audio editing
