Our client a leading global financial service company is looking for a Senior Vice President to join their Global Trading Platforms Administration Department in the Limassol. This is a fast-growing company with offices across Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and Latin America. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage distributed team of IT professionals responsible for Company's Trading Platforms environment

Coordinate all aspects of IT operations for Trading Platform, including IT infrastructure, QA and software integration in Production environment

Provide initiatives for changes to bring operations, costs and effectiveness to the next level

Plan, process, coordinate, and control tasks execution in teams within deadlines and SLA
-
Implement industry best practices
-
Optimize existing workflows and processes
-
Optimize and control IT costs
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Management for teams of 10+ employees
-
Perfect understanding of ITSM activities and workflows
-
Experienced in creation, tuning up and control for wide spectre of processes and cross-teams’ operations, including 24/7 IT Support
-
Technical background in a role of system administrator in MS Windows based environment
-
Technical background in Virtualization, Cloud services, administration of M365, Clustered systems
-
Deep knowledge of computer networking, local and global networks, data transfer protocols
-
Fluency in English.
Will be considered as advantage:

Experience in administration of MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5

Certification in areas ITIL, ITSM, MOF
-
Certification in areas Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud

Practical experience in the area of IT Compliance for fintech companies operating in regulated jurisdictions

Experience in supporting and administration of high-load systems with highest SLA level.

Knowledge of Russian language.
