On behalf of our client within the Hospitality industry, GRS Recruitment is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Waiter B to join the dining team in Limassol. This entry-to-mid level role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their career in luxury hospitality. The Waiter B will support senior service staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with 5-star service standards.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Support Waiter A in taking orders and preparing beverages when required
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently to guests
- Clear and reset tables promptly according to service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Assist with restocking of service items such as cutlery, napkins, and condiments
- Respond to guest requests in a polite and professional manner
- Support the team during large group bookings, events, and special occasions
- Monitor guest satisfaction and escalate any issues to senior staff
- Assist in setting up the restaurant for service and themed events
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the hospitality industry
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and flexibility
- Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to support across different service areas as needed

SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €16,000 – €20,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
