MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of technical components and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy using SAP.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and supply chain teams.
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive electronic and technical components.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Prepare warehouse reports, KPIs, and stock analysis using SAP.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with logistics providers and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and warehouse best practices.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and supply chain operations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within a technology, electronics, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience using SAP or other ERP for inventory and warehouse management.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
- Experience managing warehouses with high volumes of components and spare parts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with ERP systems and barcode scanning systems.
- Understanding of electronic components handling and storage requirements.
- Continuous improvement mindset and process optimization experience.
