MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing and dispatching materials, tools and equipment.
- Verify deliveries, maintain accurate records and report discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks and coordinate replenishment for warehouse and project sites.
- Operate and update computerized stock management systems (ERP/SAP) and prepare inventory reports.
- Maintain accurate records of tools and equipment, ensuring proper storage, maintenance and availability.
- Organise warehouse layout, maintain cleanliness and enforce safety procedures.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics and site teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Supervise, train and support warehouse staff, monitoring performance and productivity.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse management, storekeeping or a similar role.
- Experience with inventory management systems, such as ERP or SAP.
- Strong knowledge of stock control and warehouse operations.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Previous experience in construction or façade contracting is an advantage.
- Warehouse or logistics qualifications are an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €30,000 - €32,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
