A heavy metal band is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Warehouse Operator to join its Limassol based team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside professional individuals who are very supportive and collaborative. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, organising, and packing official brand merchandise. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run, organize and ensure the warehouse is in order.
- Create report of daily orders through our system (on weekly rotation).
- Prepare, pack and ship orders daily.
- Deal with order returns.
- Folding of merchandise and restocking of shelves
- Prepare daily Post Office reports for weekly payments.
- Arrange incoming shipments with courier services and drivers.
- Inspect stock items for defects and report to the merchandise team.
- Receive, unpack, and evaluate incoming shipments against packing slips.
- Run regular counts of stock, investigate discrepancies, and adjust errors.
- Ensure the warehouse is always fully stocked with packing material, stationery, and the tools needed for day-to-day operations.
- Load and unload trucks, vans, or automobiles when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- High school diploma is required. A degree or diploma in logistics or warehouse management will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Possession of a valid driver license and ownership of a car.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and strong general computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
