On behalf of our client, an Events Company based in Limassol, GRS Recruitment are seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining order across the facility, and supporting the preparation of equipment and decorations for events. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all warehouse operations and ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently
- Manage and maintain inventory of event equipment, decorations, and supplies
- Implement and maintain a digital stock management system so all items are accurately tracked and easy to locate
- Coordinate the organisation, storage, and retrieval of event items
- Assist with the creation and preparation of decorations in the on-site workshop
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and well-organised at all times
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory management role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or stock management software
- Fluent in English (Greek or Russian is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Experience or interest in event decoration, prop-making, or creative workshop work
- Familiarity with event industry equipment and supplies
- Physical presence at the warehouse is required during events and busy periods
