You will be responsible for developing and optimizing our web presence using Webflow, transforming designs into high-performing web pages while ensuring optimal visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement new website pages based on Figma designs using Webflow

Optimize website performance through code cleanup, structure improvements, and technical enhancements

Implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility

Optimize website content and structure for LLM indexing and AI-powered search results

Maintain and improve the overall user experience through responsive design and performance optimization

Collaborate with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of visual concepts

Monitor website analytics and implement data-driven improvements

Ensure website compliance with financial services regulatory requirements

Stay current with web development trends and emerging technologies in the fintech sector
CANDIDATE PROFILE

2+ years of hands-on experience in web development

Proven expertise in Webflow development and customization

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow's custom code capabilities

Experience with SEO best practices and technical optimization

Understanding of LLM optimization and AI search visibility strategies

Proficiency in translating Figma designs into functional web pages
