For this position you will need to have expertise in reviewing, analyzing and actioning ideas aimed at optimizing user experience on the website, all with the objective to increase client conversion, extend customer lifetime and meet other key targets that will grow the business.   • Present and drive web and app enhancements based on best SEO, UX and UI practices to improve user experience and optimize web pages to increase acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze and report on traffic, metrics, and patterns on all web and app properties, working closely with the Central Marketing and creative teams.
  • Audit current analytics implementations and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Utilize data to understand the product in detail and identify areas of opportunity and gaps in client onboarding journeys (from sign up to trading).
  • Research the competition, stay up to date with market trends and benchmark against main competitors
  • Perform conversion optimization on different funnels throughout the web properties.
  • Act as the user-advocate, offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective.
  • Using A/B testing and optimization tools to drive revenue.
  • Create rough prototypes and mock-ups of user flows to demonstrate functionality and user experience of suggested solutions.
  • Work closely with front-end and back-end developers during the implementation phase of projects and new features.
  • Work closely with customer teams (Customer Experience, Backoffice, Customer Service and Sales) to monitor and report on users’ behavior after launching new features or making any production changes.
  • Work closely with product team.
  • Preforming quality checks on all published web and app material to ensure they follow brand, UX, SEO and UI guidelines.
  • Testing marketing messages, product descriptions, calls-to-actions, banners, page layouts, page designs and page flows (A/B Test).
  • Creating Jira tickets for task implementations and Confluence pages that will include detailed requirements, actions and milestones for medium to large scale projects.
  • Participate and contribute in brainstorming sessions with other members of the Marketing team.
  • Solid experience in a Web Optimization role or web-related specialization.
  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or the equivalent in Marketing/Business/Web Development
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics, and generally a fast learner of other reporting and analytics tools.
  • Understanding basic website design, UX, UI and development and experience in working closely with designers and developers to optimize deliverables.
  • Highly analytical mind, and experienced in running A/B, Multi variant and usability tests
  • Experience with online conversion optimizations and identifying gaps in user journeys.
  • Experience with marketing campaign optimization, including advertising, User Experience, and landing page optimization
  • Experience in requirements discovery and gathering, and project spec writeup.
  • Comfortable with ideation and generating out of the box solutions.
  • Proficiency in SEO, UX and UI best practices.
  • Fluent in English language.
