On behalf of our client, a well-established global group of companies offering trading services, GRS Recruitment are looking to recruit a Hindi speaking Account Manager to join their team by working remotely. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi and must have previous working experience in a similar role within the FX industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Introduce clients to the trading platform
  • Promote the company’s products and services mainly by phone, email, and other social networks
  • Train the clients on how to use the company’s trading systems and products
  • Handle new client leads daily, follow up on potential clients, and effectively retain existing clients
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Sourcing and developing new client lead
  • Managing and developing IB's in India
  • Handling partners' incoming queries
  • Monitoring and reporting partners' activities and performance
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports relating to IBs
  • Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, and develop and manage key client relationships among others
  • Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations
  • Maintain a strong development pipeline according to targets/strategy to be implemented
  • Using existing relationships with clients to generate new business
  • Keep up-to-date with the financial markets on a daily basis
  • Follow the guidelines set by the compliance department
  • Follow internal regulations and procedures provided by the Back Office department
  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
  • Provide progress feedback to the management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager / Business Development Manager or similar role within the Financial Industry
  • A university degree or diploma in either Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or any other related field
  • Previous FOREX trading industry experience is a must
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
  • Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
