We are seeking a dynamic and strategically minded Account Manager to join our client’s established marketing group in Nicosia. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded advertising professional and effective project manager with a deep understanding of integrated communication (offline & online), Marketing, and Media. The Account Manager combines strong strategic thinking with exceptional people management skills, working seamlessly with internal teams and clients to deliver impactful, high-quality campaigns.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and enrich Communication Strategies, Creative Briefs, and Media Briefs in a meaningful and strategic manner.

Take full ownership of assigned client accounts, managing their needs in a thorough and productive way.

Apply strategic thinking to identify the right solutions for clients before briefing internal departments.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Contribute to business growth through the development of existing accounts and acquisition of new clients.

Develop inspiring and well-structured creative briefs.

Provide constructive evaluation and feedback on creative output.

Organize and lead compelling client presentations, enhancing them with research insights, trends, visuals, and relevant supporting materials in collaboration with the creative team.

Oversee the implementation of each strategy and/or campaign through to full completion.

Ensure smooth workflow management, internal coordination, and adherence to deadlines.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and operational efficiency.

Manage costing and budget control for assigned clients, in collaboration with management when required.

Approach advertising with depth and insight — not merely supervising but truly understanding and shaping the work.

Guide, mentor, and continuously develop Account Executives and/or Junior Account Executives assigned to the team.

Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and growth-oriented team environment.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in an Account Management role within an advertising agency or marketing environment.

Strong knowledge of integrated communication (offline & online), Marketing, and Media.

Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional client management and relationship-building abilities.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Experience in budget management and financial oversight.

Excellent presentation and communication skills (Greek & English).

Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior team members.
