GRS Recruitment is working closely with a leading organisation in fintech media and marketing based in the heart of Limassol. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join a growing team. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of marketing services while building strong, long-term relationships that drive mutual success. You will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, managing projects end-to-end, and identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships within a fast-paced, global environment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Oversee the execution of marketing services, including press releases, email campaigns, and digital initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including content, design, and marketing, to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and internal standards.

Establish project timelines with clients and ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope and deadlines.

Proactively monitor project progress, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues efficiently while keeping stakeholders informed.

Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling services, communicating these opportunities internally.

Prepare and deliver regular reports providing clear updates on project status, performance, and key milestones.

Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and proactively identifying ways to add value.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic and creative mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Familiarity with marketing technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and social media tools.

Knowledge of the fintech industry is considered an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
