On behalf of our client, a dynamic gaming company based in Limassol, GRS Recruitment are seeking an Account Manager – German speaker to join the sales team. In this role, you will help drive growth by identifying potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and assisting in the sales process. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on the German market, working to meet sales targets and provide support to senior sales staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their career in sales within an international environment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets
  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
  • Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Update and manage data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer support to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitor activity
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • German language on a fluent level
  • Ability to work rotational shifts
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related area
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the sales profession
