DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships to enhance client retention.

Assist clients by providing insightful market trends and information, helping them make informed trading decisions.

Conduct personalized training sessions for clients, ensuring they are proficient in using the company's trading platforms and tools effectively.

Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of services.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales, preferably within the forex or financial services industry.

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional language is a significant advantage.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a client-centric approach.
