DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, particularly in the GCC region

Act as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, promoting company products and services

Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and communication standards

Meet individual and team-based monthly performance targets

Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Forex and financial trading space

Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Solid proven experience as an Account Manager in the Forex or FinTech industry

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
-
Business fluency in both German and English
-
Strong sales orientation with a drive to exceed targets

Additional language skills are considered an advantage

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

Familiarity with CRM systems and account management tools is a plus
