GRS Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading Media company in their search for a Permanent Account Manager - Performance Marketing (Affiliates & Content Creators) located in Limassol. Our client are a well-established performance marketing company with nearly 20 years of global experience, known for driving scalable and data-driven digital growth for their partners. This position will operate under local management but work in close collaboration with specialized senior leadership from their established international offices, ensuring you benefit from both local autonomy and global strategic insight. Candidates with previous iGaming or Adult Entertainment industry experience are preferred. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic mix of affiliates, content creators, and advertisers, supporting campaign performance and strategic partnerships in a fast-paced environment. As a key player in their expansion, you’ll be managing relationships, driving growth initiatives, and optimizing funnel performance across multiple touchpoints.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client/Advertiser Management
-
Act as the main liaison for assigned advertisers and manage their day-to-day needs.

Align advertiser objectives with suitable traffic sources and promotional strategies.

Lead onboarding, campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.

Offer insights and strategic recommendations to improve results and ROI.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
5+ years of experience in: ○ Performance marketing,
-
Content creator or influencer management, or
-
Digital advertising or client relations.

Deep understanding of ROI-driven campaign strategies (CPA, CPL, rev-share, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage multiple accounts and account types
-
Strategic mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Team player with a self-starter attitude.
