A reputable property management company, in collaboration with GRS Recruitment, is looking to hire a detail-driven, proactive Accountant to join their Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping our client’s financial operations smooth, accurate, and efficient, supporting everything from daily transactions to exciting new projects. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Liaise with internal and external associates to ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries and completion of bookkeeping tasks.
  • Own the accounts receivable process—issue invoices, track payments, and make sure billing runs smoothly.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and customer accounts to keep everything balanced.
  • Review expenses and help prepare timely payments to suppliers and other partners.
  • Manage invoices and payment entries in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central like a pro.
  • Be the go-to person for internal and external queries about financial transactions.
  • Play a key role in shaping budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies—accuracy is your superpower.
  • Keep financial records audit-ready and crystal clear at all times.
CANDIDATE PROFILE  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • LCCI Higher or ACCA in progress or completed.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Business Central is a plus).  
  • Experience in multi-entity or project-based accounting.
  • Familiarity with Cyprus VAT and tax regulations.
  • Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
