MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Prepare, issue, and send invoices to clients accurately and efficiently

Post trading and non-trading invoices into the company’s accounting system

Follow up with clients and associates regarding outstanding matters

Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

Liaise with auditors and assist in preparing requested documentation under the guidance of a Senior Accountant

Prepare reports and assist with ad-hoc accounting and finance-related tasks

Support the finance team with day-to-day operational activities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, OR an LCCI Accounting Certificate

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Positive, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude

Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
