On behalf of our client a small boutique accounting firm based in Malta GRS are recruiting an Accountant to join their team. For this role we are seeking an individual who is actively studying for their ACCA qualification with at least 5 exams passed. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Obtain accounting information from client and process accordingly

Preparation of company nominal ledger and company financial statements

Communicating and problem solving with the client and the external auditor

Preparation of company tax return for submission.

Preparation of VAT Returns
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum of 1 years’ experience working as an accounts clerk, in audit would be advantageous
-
Experienced on an accounts program regularly

Postings entries into accounting software
-
Preference will be given to anyone who has worked in.

Actively studying for the ACCA qualification with a minimum of 5 exams passed.

Ability to meet strict deadlines

Good time management and organizational skills
