MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key role in supporting our financial operations by assisting the Finance Manager with month-end closing, VAT, and Tax Reporting

The successful candidate will be the go-to person for executing payments to suppliers whenever our Credit Controller is unavailable

Maintaining precise financial records, including those for banks, payables, receivables, income, and expenses, will be a critical part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Ensuring all transactions are accurately posted in our financial software and collaborate with auditors during our annual review

Manage the processing of invoices through our electronic filing system and handle any ad-hoc reports requested by management or the holding company

Preparing reports as requested by the management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Economics or an LCCI qualification

3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably from an Audit Firm

ACA/ACCA or aim to complete the ACA/ACCA will be considered an advantage
-
Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)

A good understanding of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
-
