GRS is working with a fast-growing hospitality and real estate group in Limassol who are looking for an Accounting Associate to support their financial processes across multiple group of companies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts receivable and general ledger entries

Perform daily transaction reconciliations

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports

Handle customer billing, collections, and related inquiries
-
Support compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
-
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
-
Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
-
Help coordinate audits and respond to audit requests
-
Monitor and report financial discrepancies and variances
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
1+ years of bookkeeping or relevant accounting experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
-
Fluency in English; Greek is an advantage
-
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
-
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
-
Experience with accounting systems
-
Knowledge of VAT would be an advantage
