MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Exclusive responsibility for maintaining the company’s accounting records.
- Ability to independently maintain and manage the company’s accounting records and prepare financial reports.
- Handling import procedures, costing, invoicing, purchases, deposits, supplier payments, and reconciliation of bank accounts with the system.
- Processing daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations).
- Generating and monitoring the required reports.
- Communication (by phone or email) to ensure payments are collected within the agreed payment terms.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial and other statements.
- Providing assistance in the preparation of financial analyses.
- Providing support during the external audit process conducted by independent auditors.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- A university degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office applications).
- Knowledge of the Navision accounting software will be considered an additional advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
