GRS Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Accounts & Payroll Executive to join our client, a dynamic accounting company based in Malta. This role offers a great chance to become an integral part of a small team, where your expertise in accounts and payroll processes will contribute significantly to the company's success.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Updating of accounting records for various clients;
- Submitting vat returns and other statutory documents;
- Preparing management accounts for clients;
- Generating payroll rolls for our clients;
- Drafting and submitting of work permits for third country nationals;
- Handling ad hoc accounting matters;
- Handling compliance on the clients’ behalf;
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- At least 2 years local experience working in a similar post.

Part qualified accountant with a background in accounting or audit.

Strong understanding of payroll systems and processes.

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Working with minimal supervision.
