GRS are working with a licensed Retirement Scheme Administrator who are looking to hire an Account’s Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate should be pursuing their ACCA or an alternative Accounting qualification. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Record transactions such as investment transactions, billing, payments and receipts into the company’s accounting system
  • Reconciliation of statements from the investment platforms, and bank statements
  • Account Executive tasks including the placing and processing of dealing instructions
  • Data input and data processing within the investments team
  • Handle enquiries addressed to the Investments team
  • Provide reports and statistical information to management as required
  • Provide additional related support to management and assist with projects when necessary
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, accurate and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
  • Previous experience with accounting and / or investments shall be considered as an asset
  • Ideally a candidate pursuing ACCA and / or holding an investment related diploma
  • Have a keen interest in or high willingness to learn about the financial markets and investments
  • Strong IT skills especially with Microsoft Excel
