GRS Recruitment is working with a leading provider of innovative solutions in the field of property management technology who are searching for a proactive and detail-focused Administrative Assistant to join the Nicosia based team and support a  smooth office operation. This role requires a resourceful professional to manage schedules, handles correspondence, and assists with essential administrative tasks to ensure optimal productivity and organisation. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain a well-organized workspace by managing office supplies, inventory, and placing supply orders as needed.
  • Oversee calendars, organize meetings, and coordinate appointments to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Prepare, edit, and organize various documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Keep databases and records up to date, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
  • Assist in meeting preparations, including setting up conference rooms, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, providing general support to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Plan and execute office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Contribute to various projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Administrative Assistance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English and Greek, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar support role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently.
