On behalf of our Client, a well-established Construction Company, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit an Administrator / Secretary to be based in Nicosia (Lakatameia area). If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Administrator / Secretary role in Nicosia (Lakatameia).
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support to the office and project teams
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain filing systems and databases
  • Assist with document preparation and data entry
  • General office duties to support smooth daily operations
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role (construction industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Pleasant character
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
