On behalf of our Client, a very well-established and very well known Law firm, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit an Administrator to be based in Nicosia. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Administrator role to be based in Nicosia.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing telephone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, etc.).
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and teleconferences.
  • Communicating with clients and external partners.
  • Typing and preparing documents.
  • Filing, managing, and organizing departmental documents and folders.
  • Visiting and liaising with public authorities.
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support as needed.
  • Performing other related duties that may be assigned.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree or diploma.
  • Previous employment in a law firm or similar position will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Integrity, reliability, and responsibility.
