On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing and dynamic real estate company in Limassol, GRS Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Office Administrator. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and general administrative tasks
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory of stationery and necessities
  • Coordinate office maintenance and ensure smooth running of facilities
  • Schedule and organise meetings and appointments
  • Handle travel bookings and logistics for the team
  • Liaise with clients regarding updates and renewals of agreements
  • Support wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or office support role
  • Fluency in English and Greek is essential; Russian will be considered a strong advantage
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Friendly, professional, and client-oriented personality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
