GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established and reputable international group operating in the engineering and construction sector, supporting major infrastructure and marine projects across multiple regions. Our client is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their Limassol team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth operation of the Cyprus office and effective coordination with management and Head Office teams abroad. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare the office for daily operations, ensuring readiness for staff and visitors.
  • Support administrative and finance teams with day-to-day office tasks.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping under the supervision of the Financial Controller (invoices, petty cash, filing receipts).
  • Maintain staff attendance and timesheet records.
  • Manage correspondence, mail, and courier services.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and consumables.
  • Liaise with Head Office and Directors on routine matters, scheduling, and reports.
  • Handle document scanning, filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and assist visiting personnel.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 2–4 years of previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with basic accounting procedures.
  • Well-organized, punctual, and proactive individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
