Our client, a reputable Financial Services company based in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated Sales Administration Executive to join their team. The Sales Administration Executive plays a vital role in supporting the Sales Account Managers in creating a highly effective support system that benefits both the business and clients. Responsible for all sales, operational, and administrative tasks. This role will emphasis accuracy and speed, ensuring every administrative and operational detail is handled professionally and at pace. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Inbox & Calendar Orchestration: Act as the primary gatekeeper for Sales Account Managers, managing high-volume correspondence and proactively scheduling client engagements.
  • Documentation Excellence: Draft professional quotes, detailed reports, sales documentation, and compile sales presentations that reflect the company's brand standards.
  • CRM Guardianship: Own the integrity of our sales data. Responsible for real-time updates in the CRM to ensure reporting is 100% accurate.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the "glue" between Sales, Contracts, and Operations to ensure client requests move through the pipeline without friction.
  • Client Experience: Handle routine enquiries with a commercial mindset, ensuring every client feels prioritised.
  • Operational Continuity: Provide seamless coverage during team absences, ensuring the momentum of the sales cycle never slows.
  • Communications: Answering calls and taking messages for the Sales Team and general query handling.
  • SLA & Processing Time: Process all requirements, meeting or exceeding established SLAs for sales processing time and efficiency. 
  • Processing Quality & Data Integrity: Maintain a high level of accuracy in the CRM for all sales records and transactions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 2+ years in a fast-paced administrative or sales support role.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal Business English with a professional, persuasive telephone manner.
  • Commercial Acumen: An understanding of the sales funnel and the ability to prioritise tasks based on their impact.
  • Relationship Management: Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Agility: The ability to move between tasks quickly without losing focus on the details.
  • Tech Savvy: High proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suites.
