MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of phone calls, emails, and correspondence

Organization and maintenance of files and documents
-
Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar
-
Support with the daily administrative needs of the office
-
Performing external tasks related to the office’s operations
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 1 year of relevant experience
-
Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and spoken)
-
Good knowledge of computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Courtesy and strong communication skills
-
Legal experience, knowledge of shorthand, and familiarity with the Zygos software will be considered additional advantages
-
Knowledge of other languages will also be considered an asset
