With over 15+ years of combined experience in the online brokerage industry, our client is bringing business and technologies together to help their target companies reimagine their business using its creative business framework. For their newly established team in Limassol, they are currently seeking to recruit an Affiliate & IB Manager. As an Affiliate & IB Manager, you will be using your own contacts and drive the growth of your network of affiliates and IBs.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create affiliate/IB partnerships
  • Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners
  • Continuously search for new opportunities to increase the digital footprint in the market
  • Monitor and analyse attracted partners performance to measure effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets
  • Support and solve issues related to attracted partners
  • Implement strategies to increase the quality and yield of attracted partners
  • Ensure your partners can onboard their clients to open accounts, deposit funds and start trading
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 1 year of experience in affiliation/IB management in FX industry
  • Owns database of affiliates and contacts
  • Great communicator with the ability to motivate others
  • Open and responsive problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English language at a professional level
COMPANY BENEFITS
  • Private insurance after 6 months
  • Flexible Working Hours (Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, or 9 am to 6 pm)
