The successful candidate will be involved in overseeing and optimizing affiliate programs while leveraging the power of influencer partnerships.   • Build and train a team of affiliate managers.
  • Developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to meet company goals.
  • Identifying and recruiting suitable affiliates and influencers for the program.
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with affiliates and influencers.
  • Negotiating and managing affiliate agreements and contracts.
  • Monitoring affiliate team performance and providing ongoing support and optimization.
  • Tracking affiliate conversions, sales, and commissions accurately.
  • Analyzing data and providing reports on affiliate program performance.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maximize results.
  • Ensuring compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions and legal guidelines.
  • Evaluate and select the most suitable networks for your brand or clients, manage relationships with network representatives, and optimize campaign performance within these networks.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, optimize conversion rates, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Solid experience as a Head of Affiliates.
  • Previous professional experience within the Online Gambling and Crypto industry.
  • Proven experience with Affiliate Program Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks and platforms.
  • Ability to do interviews, hire and onboard new team members.
  • Ability to identify and recruit affiliates and influencers effectively.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
