An international group of companies focused on creative, and results driven online marketing solutions, are working in partnership with GRS to recruit an Affiliate Manager to join their team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Online Affiliate Marketing. You will be working with a global affiliate marketing platform with high converting offers in multiple verticals. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop affiliate contact management strategy and recruit new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues.

Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new affiliates/partners.

Daily management of the affiliates, including in depth data analysis and optimisation.

Analysing affiliate results in order to identify possible fraud.
-
Manage partner needs including deal negotiations, reporting, tracking, offer setup and general client support.

Conduct and report on market research and competition analysis.
-
Keep up on industry trends and opportunities to help expand client programs and introduce new affiliate opportunities.

Provide a continual flow of feedback in an effort to optimise the company's hosted offer landing pages and creative materials.

Measure and report on performance against set goals.

Represent the company occasionally at International Conferences.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
BSc/MSc in Business Administration / Marketing or any other relevant field.

Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage.

Understanding the concept of A/B testing in order to review and optimise results.

Prioritising tasks - project time management skills.

Strong organizational and negotiation skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Numeric Analysis - Able to drive insights through statistical analysis.

Experience with Excel functions & MS Office.
