GRS Recruitment are searching for an experienced Affiliate Manager with a laser-sharp focus on the online casino sector. If you live and breathe affiliate marketing, have a deep network in key European markets, and are ready to take full ownership of a performance-driven program, we want to hear from you. This is a high-impact, on-site role based in Limassol, Cyprus and would be perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to scale affiliate operations to the next level.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive affiliate acquisition and performance across Finland, Germany, Poland, and the broader Nordic markets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with casino-focused affiliates — from onboarding to long-term retention.
  • Negotiate and manage CPA, Rev-Share, and hybrid deals, ensuring optimal ROI for both sides.
  • Monitor and optimize traffic performance using analytics tools and data-driven strategies.
  • Work hands-on with MyAffiliates, managing tracking, reporting, and payments.
  • Stay ahead of fraud risks, ensuring traffic quality and player value remain high.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Take full ownership of affiliate growth strategies — you’ll have the autonomy to lead, test, and scale.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven track record in affiliate management within the online casino industry (this is a must).
  • Established network of active affiliates across Finland, Germany, Poland, and the Nordics.
  • Hands-on experience with MyAffiliates or similar affiliate platforms.
  • Strong understanding of FTDs, player LTV, CPA, and Rev-Share models.
  • Awareness of affiliate fraud risks and how to mitigate them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance reports.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
