A fast-growing subscription-based platform in the premium exclusive content space is working in partnership with GRS to hire an Affiliate manager to join their Nicosia-based team. The ideal candidate will be ROI and result driven, as well as in charge of the affiliate platform from partner acquisition to onboarding. You will also be responsible for optimizing and scaling partners traffic, while focusing on performance-based partners. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Grow the affiliate program by searching for new partners and affiliates.

Work closely with the design team in order to optimize the marketing materials

Optimize campaigns on a daily basis using various tools and scaling.

Analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify opportunities and optimize conversions

Build and maintain strong partner relationships, handling negotiations and ongoing support

Present and promote the brand at various conferences across the world.

Work closely with internal teams to align affiliate strategy with media strategy and other departments.

Provide detailed performance reporting and insights to the wider team
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
2+ years of experience in affiliate management in a B2C company, with a strong preference for any ROI driven industry such as Gaming, Forex, Nutra, and Dating

Proven success building or scaling an affiliate program from scratch.

Hands-on experience with Everflow, Google Analytics 4, and leading ad tracking/optimization platforms.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage partner relationships at scale.

Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills

Creative eye for ad copy and landing pages, with ability to brief and manage designers.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
