DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Limassol, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive sales and maximize performance.

The role involves daily communication with partners, negotiating deals, monitoring key performance metrics, and strategizing to improve marketing outcomes. Success in this position requires a strong blend of account management and sales expertise to build lasting relationships and consistently exceed performance targets.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong experience in Affiliate Management and Account Management

Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the gambling vertical (experience with affiliate networks is a strong plus)

Proven track record of managing and growing an affiliate portfolio

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting performance metrics to drive strategy
