A start-up software development company with offices in Larnaca is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire an AI Solutions Consultant to own customer implementations after onboarding. This role serves as the primary bridge between customers and the company’s internal teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into well-designed, high-quality AI solutions. The successful candidate will work directly with customers to understand their processes and objectives, design appropriate AI Voice solutions, and coordinate delivery with engineering. From solution definition through testing, deployment, and handover, you will ensure each implementation delivers real, measurable value and a great customer experience. This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining consulting, solution design, and delivery coordination.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation
- Lead requirement-gathering and translate business needs into clear technical specifications
- Design AI Voice solutions aligned with customer use cases and system environments
- Coordinate with development teams to deliver, refine, and validate solutions
- Oversee testing, QA, and successful deployment
- Manage customer communication throughout delivery and ensure satisfaction post go-live
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience in software consulting, solution consulting, or technical project coordination
- Strong ability to gather, structure, and document business and technical requirements
- Experience working closely with development teams on custom software solutions
- Understanding of software delivery lifecycles, testing, and QA
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ownership mindset and strong attention to detail
- Experience with AI-based, voice, or automation platforms (e.g. n8n)
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and system workflows
- Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or IT consulting
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or customer service platforms
- Basic hands-on technical skills, such as Basic SQL for querying, validating, or inspecting data
- Basic Python (or similar scripting language) for simple logic, testing, or troubleshooting
