MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct and review AML Customer File reviews and periodic thematic reviews.
  • Perform jurisdictional risk assessments using relevant tools and technologies.
  • Review Client Risk Assessments and support Transaction Monitoring activities.
  • Conduct and review ad hoc Transaction Monitoring as needed.
  • Observe and contribute to the development of AML Policies and Procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory and legislative developments and provide updates to the Manager.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory submissions to Competent Authorities.
  • Support the Company MLRO, Compliance Officer, and broader AML Regulatory team.
  • Assist in thematic reviews, CMP testing, register updates, and compliance diary maintenance.
  • Organise and maintain sensitive company-related data securely.
  • Support the team manager in leading and enhancing team performance, including following up on assigned tasks and ensuring timely delivery, and promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum 4–5 years’ hands-on experience in AML/CFT within the financial services industry.
  • Qualification in AML/CFT and/or Financial Crime is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Company Service Providers, Fund Administration, and Trustees is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Viewpoint software is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Highly organised, meticulous, and methodical with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently and maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
