GRS Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading professional services firm who are seeking an AML Compliance Associate Consultant to join their AML Compliance Department in Nicosia. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct KYC and Client Due Diligence (CDD) procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date KYC/AML records.

Prepare internal reports, including client risk assessments.

Perform client screenings (PEP, sanctions lists etc.) and evaluate results.

Advise on regulatory compliance implications of company policies.
-
Monitor company activities to ensure adherence to AML Directives and legislation.
-
Administer the Internal Control Management System.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure full compliance.
-
Assist with the development and delivery of compliance training.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
BSc or MSc in Law from a reputable institution.
-
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in AML, KYC, or Compliance roles.

Excellent command of English and Greek, written and spoken.
-
Strong knowledge of EU and national AML/CFT legislation and sanctions frameworks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
