MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Provide day-to-day Level 1 & Level 2 application support, working closely with Development, QA, Release Management, Digital operations, and business users
- Gather, analyse application logs and performance metrics, and work with engineers to troubleshoot and debug application issues and see them through to resolution
- Monitor applications, servers, databases and scheduled jobs related to applications under support
- Install and validate application releases and patches primarily for core COTS applications
- Work closely with user groups to assess user needs and recommend changes
- Create, maintain, and manage requirements, testing, and development documentation
- Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definitions/improvements to re-engineer business and technical processes for greater efficiencies
- Responsible for meeting deliverables and timelines for all engagements while liaising with the business where appropriate to guide and direct to help achieve expected outcomes
- Remain current with technical and industry sector developments
- Perform other tasks as required or as directed by Digital or Senior Management
- Perform task related to management and maintenance of Github, Jenkins and Teamcity
- Able to configure and map electronic data interchange file (EDI) systems
- Perform application support for the Malta with deep technical knowledge on all core platforms
- Provide expertise in maintenance and enhancements of existing business application
- Strive to be transparent and collaborative while focused on teamwork
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience and track record of delivering successful projects
- Understanding and knowhow of AGILE methodologies (SCRUM/Sprint)
- Ability to multitask and create personal priority of issues in hand.

- Exposure to Dynamics CRM, Dynamics GP, Liferay DXP and to Mulesoft integration

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
