MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and nurture strong client relationships

Engage with clients across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat) creating meaningful interactions that drive retention

Actively listen and address client concerns with empathy and persuasive communication overcoming objections

Promote marketing campaigns and offers in a way that resonates with client needs and goals

Meet personal and team targets

Utilize CRM and sales tools to accurately track and manage clients, opportunities, and customer interactions

Manage client satisfaction through proactive support, training, and incentive offerings, ensuring that clients have access to up-to-date information
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Passionate about helping others and genuinely wants to see clients succeed

Personal experience in trading or a strong interest in the FX market

Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages will be an advantage)
